ServiceNow's AI Product Line Tops $1 Billion in Annual Contract Value

ServiceNow said on July 22, 2026 its AI product line surpassed $1 billion in annual contract value (ACV) during Q2 fiscal 2026. ACV measures the yearly value of active subscription contracts — committed, multi-year revenue, not pilot spending. Few enterprise software vendors have shown AI product revenue at this scale.
