Badenoch tells Burnham to rule out autumn Budget tax rises

Conservative leader Kemi Badenoch accused the Prime Minister of governing as though still mayor of Greater Manchester. She branded his early pledges a "spending spree" and urged him to rule out tax rises at the autumn Budget. "We have seen this movie before," she said. "Tax rises are coming."
