Badenoch warns Burnham: no tax rises this autumn

Conservative leader Kemi Badenoch said the Prime Minister is acting like he is still mayor of Greater Manchester, not running the country. She called his early promises a "spending spree" and urged him to promise no tax increases in the government's autumn Budget. "Tax rises are coming," she warned.
