The BBC reported that five TikTok creators aged 17 to 19 filmed content with Prime Minister Andy Burnham outside 10 Downing Street, days after he took office on 20 July 2026. The unpaid activists kept editorial control but received direct access and footage from Burnham's team. No 10 first hosted influencers under Starmer in July 2025; Burnham has expanded the practice.
