£130m Crystal Palace sports centre revamp recommended for approval

Bromley Council planning officers have recommended approval for a £130 million transformation of Crystal Palace National Sports Centre. The scheme covers the stadium, swimming pools and new facilities, but would demolish the 25-metre pool building. England Hockey and the Football Foundation object to the loss of an artificial pitch. Bromley's planning committee will decide.
