EMPIRE has appointed Leesa Brunson-Boland as Senior Vice President, A&R Operations, for its New York office, Music Business Worldwide reported on 27 October 2026. She joins from 300 Entertainment, where she was Head of A&R Operations. A&R, short for artists and repertoire, is the label division that finds and signs artists. She previously worked at Def Jam Recordings.
