Fin Smith's availability for England v Australia in doubt after calf problem

England fly-half Fin Smith, the number 10 who kicks and directs the attack, has a calf problem picked up for Northampton against Leicester on 24 October. His availability for Sunday's Australia match is unclear. Steve Borthwick has named George Ford and Marcus Smith as alternatives. An official update was expected Tuesday, and Borthwick aims to name his team Wednesday.
