Tesla in FSD Mode Fatally Strikes Pedestrian on I-80 in Vallejo

A 71-year-old pedestrian was fatally struck on Interstate 80 in Vallejo, California, at about 2:30 a.m. Thursday by a Tesla in Full Self-Driving (FSD) mode. Dashcam video shows the car braking and steering left before its right front struck him. Authorities believe a second vehicle hit him afterward. The CHP says FSD does not relieve drivers of responsibility.
