Tesla in Full Self-Driving Mode Fatally Strikes Pedestrian on I-80 in Vallejo

A 71-year-old pedestrian was fatally struck on Interstate 80 in Vallejo, California, at about 2:30 a.m. Thursday by a Tesla in Full Self-Driving (FSD) mode. Dashcam video shows the car braking and steering left before its right front hit him. Authorities believe another vehicle struck him afterward. The CHP says FSD does not relieve drivers of responsibility.
