Musk Targets 5 Million Tesla Vehicles a Year by About 2030

Musk told Tesla's October 21 earnings call the company aims for 5 million vehicles a year by about 2030, and that it has a good shot at it. In 2020 he had targeted 20 million annual sales by 2030; the new goal is a quarter of that. Tesla delivered 1,636,129 vehicles in 2025, its second consecutive annual decline.
