Weatherdeck tracks systems with Python alone, no extras

Weatherdeck is a local, read-only dashboard for machines and jobs. It runs on Windows, macOS and Linux with the same command and no administrator rights. It uses only Python's built-in standard library, one SQLite database file and one plain HTML/JS/CSS page, with no build step, outside CDN servers, telemetry or root access.
