Weatherdeck shows computer health in one private view

Weatherdeck is a private, view-only screen on your own computer that shows computer and task health. It works the same on Windows, Mac and Linux without special permission. It uses only standard Python, one storage file and one basic web page, with no extra setup, outside internet services, data collection or high-level access.
