Weatherdeck runs cross-platform status board on Python standard library only

Weatherdeck is a local, read-only status board for machines and jobs that runs natively on Windows, macOS and Linux with the same command and no admin privileges. It uses only the Python standard library, one SQLite file and one plain HTML/JS/CSS page, with no build step, CDN, telemetry or root requirement.
