Treasury accepts it contributed to employee Chloe Moffat's death

HM Treasury has accepted in full a coroner's finding that its actions 'materially contributed' to the death of Chloe Moffat, 26, a personal assistant with an exemplary record. She took her own life the morning after a surprise meeting about anonymous claims, which she denied, that she had disclosed sensitive information.
