Trump Says Russian Diesel to Arrive in Three Stages

Trump said Oct. 9 he agreed with Putin for Russia to supply diesel: 300,000 tonnes now, 500,000 tonnes in November, and one million tonnes later. He said added supply would lower prices before the midterms. U.S. diesel averages $6.28, double since February when war with Iran began.
