Automattic interim CFO exits after less than a month

Jeremy Klaperman has left Automattic after less than a month as interim chief financial officer. Promoted in September 2026 from finance head of its VIP Enterprise division to succeed Mark Davies, his departure was confirmed by the company. Sources say he was first returned to his old job. No permanent replacement was named as of Oct. 9, 2026.
