Automattic interim CFO leaves after less than a month

Jeremy Klaperman has left Automattic as interim chief financial officer after less than a month. Elevated in September 2026 from CFO of the VIP Enterprise unit to replace Mark Davies, his exit was confirmed by the company. Sources said he was demoted to his prior role first. No permanent CFO had been named as of October 9, 2026.
