Durham extend Shafiqullah Ghafari deal to end of 2027

Durham leg-spinner Shafiqullah Ghafari, 24, has signed a one-year contract extension until at least the end of the 2027 campaign. Durham announced the deal on 7 October 2026, keeping the Afghanistan-born bowler at the club after his initial 2026-season deal.
