Parallel Systems Raises $100M to Launch Driverless Freight Rail

Parallel Systems raised over $100 million October 7, 2026, in a Series C round led by AVP. The former SpaceX team will commercialize its self-driving freight rail system, expanding output of its third-generation vehicle and speeding rollout. Its battery-powered Panther moves several tons up to 500 miles without a crew.
