Driverless Freight Rail Gets $100M

Parallel Systems raised over $100 million October 7, 2026, in a third funding round led by AVP. The startup from former SpaceX staff will put its driverless freight rail system into use, building more third models and speeding rollout. Its battery-run Panther, like a rail cart, hauls several tons up to 500 miles alone.
