
Wales Green Deputy Leader Quits Over Motion Calling Zionism Racism
Phil Davies, former deputy leader of the Greens in Wales, said he has left the party after seven years.
He said a weekend motion declaring Zionism — support for a Jewish state — to be racism had hastened his decision. He told BBC Radio Wales Breakfast the motion was 'imperialistic' and 'idiotic' and would do nothing to materially improve lives in Palestine.
