
Wales Green deputy leader quits party over Zionism motion
Phil Davies, former deputy leader of the Green Party in Wales, said he had resigned after seven years. Davies said the decision was accelerated by the party's weekend motion declaring 'Zionism is racism'. He said the motion was 'imperialistic' and 'idiotic' and told BBC Radio Wales Breakfast it would do nothing to materially improve people's lives in Palestine.
