Parti Québécois projected to lead Quebec without majority

The BBC projected the Parti Québécois to form a minority government — without a majority of seats — in Quebec. The party won the 5 October provincial election with 30% of the vote. The BBC said Paul St-Pierre Plamondon is set to become leader. It would be the party's first time in power since 2014.
