Parti Québécois projected to form Quebec minority government

The BBC projected the Parti Québécois to form a minority government in Quebec after its narrow win in the 5 October provincial election with 30% of the vote. The BBC said Paul St-Pierre Plamondon is set to become leader. It said it is the party's first time in power since 2014.
