Labour's spending plan has no cost for pay equity return

Labour says its fiscal plan is 'fully costed and paid for', but it includes no figure for restoring pay equity laws in its first 100 days if elected. Leader Chris Hipkins said there is 'plenty of headroom' to pay for it. Finance spokesperson Barbara Edmonds said Labour has almost $10.5 billion in unallocated operating allowances for future spending.
