ACT would make KiwiSaver tax-free, scrap top-up for workers

ACT leader David Seymour promised at the party's Auckland campaign launch to remove tax on KiwiSaver earnings. ACT said it would end the government contribution for members who also receive employer contributions to help fund it. The party estimates the plan would cost about $2.4 billion over four years.
