ACT makes KiwiSaver earnings tax cut its campaign centrepiece

ACT says it would scrap tax on KiwiSaver earnings if elected. The party made the pledge the centrepiece of its campaign launch in Auckland on 4 October 2026, RNZ reported live. It applies to returns earned inside the accounts, not the money paid in.
