Trump says $90 payment to offset Medicare Part B premiums

More than 20 million Medicare enrollees will get a one-time $90 payment for Part B premiums, the monthly outpatient-care fee, President Donald Trump said late Friday on social media. He said funds would come from the $2 billion Medicare Improvement Fund. The White House says direct deposits and mailed checks will go out in early October.
