Trump says over 20 million on Medicare will get $90 for premiums

President Donald Trump said the U.S. will send one-time $90 payments to more than 20 million Medicare enrollees to offset Part B premiums. Announced late Friday on social media, the funds would come from the $2 billion Medicare Improvement Fund. The White House says direct deposits and mailed checks will go out in early October.
