Meta releases open toolkit for DIY Muse hardware

Meta released Muse Gadgets on October 2, 2026, with open-source firmware — freely reusable basic software — and a Linux toolkit for building hardware that connects to Muse. It works with Raspberry Pi and ESP32 hobbyist boards. Suggested projects include a color e-ink display and an HDMI TV stick. Help is via Discord.
