Third Death Confirmed in Catalina Medical Helicopter Crash

Los Angeles County sheriff's divers found the missing patient dead inside the wreckage about 200 feet underwater off Santa Catalina Island, bringing deaths to three. The medical helicopter, carrying five people, went down shortly after takeoff. Two survivors are recovering. The National Transportation Safety Board, the federal agency that investigates crashes, is examining the cause.
