Divers recover third victim from Catalina medical helicopter crash

Los Angeles County sheriff's divers found the missing patient dead in medical helicopter wreckage about 200 feet deep off Santa Catalina Island, raising the death toll to three. The helicopter carried five and crashed shortly after takeoff. Two survivors are recovering. The National Transportation Safety Board is investigating the cause.
