UK Diesel Passes £2 a Litre for First Time

UK diesel averaged 200.01p per litre on 2 October, crossing £2 for the first time, the RAC reported. Pump prices have climbed sharply since late February, when the US-Israel war on Iran started disrupting crude oil and refined fuel from the Gulf. A typical family car now costs £110 to fill, almost £32 more than before the war.
