Yehonatan Ovadia, 35, a Hasidic Israeli citizen, could be deported — forced to leave the U.S. — after opposing an Israeli flag in a small New York town. Federal officers canceled his legal permission to stay, then detained him in August, The New York Times reported. Removal has not happened yet.
