Ukraine's $45M-an-hour cost when missile alerts stop work

Ukraine loses about $45 million for each hour missile alerts shut down business, Economy Minister Oleksandr Kravchenko told The Guardian in Kyiv in an interview published Sept. 30. He said Russia is targeting factories, warehouses, transport centers and data centers to, in his words, 'destroy pretty much the entire economy.'
