Trump Says Friendship With Kim Explains North Korea Nuclear Exception

U.S. President Donald Trump said his friendship with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un is why North Korea can keep nuclear weapons while Iran cannot. Speaking in Washington on Sept. 30, he said Kim is 'a friend of mine and I like him.'
