Government says confidence up on staying within emissions budgets

The Government says it is now more confident it can stay within its greenhouse gas budgets, in its formal reply to the Climate Change Commission. The Commission warned in July all climate targets were at risk and time was running out to get back on track. The ministry said decisions since 31 March had lifted confidence.
