Rubio says foreign actor linked to suspected Fairford base plot

Secretary of State Marco Rubio says a foreign actor was behind the suspected bomb plot near RAF Fairford. Speaking to Fox News Monday evening, he claimed outside involvement. Five British nationals from London, all in their early 20s, were detained early Sunday near the base, which hosts U.S. bombers used in missions against Iran.
