Top U.S. official says another country may be behind U.K. base scare

America’s top diplomat, Marco Rubio, said another country was behind a suspected bomb plan near RAF Fairford, a British air base used by U.S. warplanes that strike Iran. He spoke on Fox News Monday evening. Five Britons from London, in their early 20s, were detained near the base early Sunday.
