Rubio claims foreign actor behind suspected RAF Fairford plot

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said the suspected bomb plot near RAF Fairford "clearly involves the hands of a foreign actor" in a Fox News interview on Monday evening. Five British nationals from London in their early 20s were detained early on Sunday near the base, which houses U.S. bombers that fly missions against Iran.
