Former security officials seek probe of alleged Russian targeting in Cuba

Former CSIS assistant director Andy Ellis and other former security officials want the National Security and Intelligence Committee of Parliamentarians — the MPs and senators who review security files — to examine claims Russia aimed sonic weapons at Canadian diplomats in Cuba, and whether Ottawa failed ill staff. Canadian and U.S. findings dispute the claim.
