Former security officials seek probe of alleged Russian targeting of diplomats in Cuba

Former CSIS assistant director Andy Ellis and other former security officials are calling for the National Security and Intelligence Committee of Parliamentarians to investigate whether Russia directed sonic weapons at Canadian diplomats in Cuba and whether Ottawa failed staff who fell ill. The allegation remains disputed by official Canadian and U.S. findings.
