Former security staff want investigation into claims Russia hurt diplomats in Cuba

Former CSIS — Canada's spy service — manager Andy Ellis and other retired security officials want the National Security and Intelligence Committee of Parliamentarians, MPs and senators who review security files, to look at claims Russia used sound weapons against Canadian diplomats in Cuba, and whether Ottawa failed sick staff. Canadian and U.S. reviews dispute the claim.
