Harry Connick Jr. releases Babe: Elaboratio tribute to late mother

Harry Connick Jr. released Babe: Elaboratio on Sept. 25, according to Billboard. The self-written, arranged and produced three-part orchestral work honours his mother, Anita-Francis Livingston Connick, nicknamed “Babe”, who died when he was 13. It was recorded in Melbourne’s Iwaki Auditorium with 70-plus musicians from Orchestra Victoria and his big band.
