UEFA says Premier League's €4.6bn spending has created two-speed market

UEFA says a "clear two-speed system" is emerging after Premier League clubs spent €4.6bn on transfers in summer 2026. That is more than the next eight European countries combined, its talent and competition report found. English clubs featured in over 60% of deals and paid about €24m per arrival.
