Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang said the U.S. lacks enough fossil-fuel plants to meet AI power demand. On The Ezra Klein Show, he said fossil generation — power from gas and coal — must fill the gap for several years, as sustainable energy cannot yet meet the load, before transitioning.
