Louis Sarowsky shows stone foods priced to US$2,300 at New York fair

Artist Louis Sarowsky is showing food carved from natural stone at the Spring Break Art Show in New York. A Neapolitan ice-cream sandwich costs US$1,300. His Rock Basel (2026), a stone version of Maurizio Cattelan's Comedian, is priced at US$2,300, according to The Art Newspaper. The fair runs 24-28 September on the ninth floor of the former CBS News building.
