26 of 42 English hospital trusts (regional hospital groups) reported aspirin supply disruptions between December 2025 and March 2026, freedom-of-information responses compiled by UCL's Dr Rodolfo Catena show. Overall, 60 of 184 trusts replied. NHS England rates drug shortages 16 of 25 for risk.
