Judge orders White House to restore CNN, MS NOW, Politico passes

U.S. District Judge Timothy Kelly ordered the White House to immediately reinstate 'hard pass' credentials for CNN, MS NOW and Politico staff, Variety reported Sept. 24. The outlet said the 14-day temporary restraining order follows revocation on or about Sept. 18 and that Kelly found the outlets likely to succeed on Fifth Amendment due process grounds and face irreparable harm.
