Perth student flies 50-plus hours from US for Fremantle Grand Final

Perth-born student Rafe English is travelling more than 50 hours from Normal, Illinois to Melbourne for the Grand Final. His route includes train to Chicago, flights via Dallas, and a 17.5-hour leg to Melbourne, the ABC reported. He lands at 5am Saturday. Fremantle faces Brisbane at the MCG at 2:30pm AEST on 26 September.
